As Director of Business Development at Conway Behavioral Health Hospital, I focus on expanding access to quality behavioral health services through strategic partnerships and community engagement. With a strong background in sales, account management, and client relations, I’m committed to building meaningful relationships that support individuals, families, and healthcare providers across the region.
I hold both an MBA and a Master’s in Management and Leadership from Webster University. These academic foundations, combined with hands-on experience in healthcare business strategy, allow me to identify growth opportunities and ensure our services reach those who need them most.
Prior to joining Conway, I served as Regional Director at INTERLINK COE Networks & Programs, where I led cost-containment strategies, revenue growth initiatives, and mentored high-performing sales teams. My understanding of the healthcare benefits landscape continues to inform my work in connecting patients with the right level of care.
